UPDATE !!! News On Your Grand Prize Christmas Item



Ok We Have an update on for the Auld Sang Lyne Christmas Tree Grand Prize !!! 




Zynga wants you to send them a CS (Customer Service) ticket so they can get it to you, I did it now. They seem to be on the ball trying to get this resolved especially being today is a holiday.

Auld Sang Lyne Grand Prize Item

Happy New Year Mafia Players! Mafia Wars experienced a small problem and a group of players have indicated they did not receive the Auld Sang Lyne Grand Prize after completing the 'No Crime Like The Present' event with a full tree of 45 presents.
The Mafia Wars development team is reviewing this problem and will be devising a plan to credit this item to players who maintained a full tree of 45 presents on New Year's Day. Please revisit this article for updates on how this problem will be handled and resolved.
**1/1/2011 Update**

-Players who obtained a Level 5 Tree and do not possess the 'Auld Lang Syne' grand prize item please submit a ticket to Customer Support for credit. (Be sure to double check your inventory before contacting CS since every player can only possess one 'Auld Lang Syne' )

  2. Sent an Email to Zynga about not getting 'Auld Lang Syne'
    Received the following email back:
    Hello 'Dale,

    Thank you for contacting Zynga customer support.

    My name is Diego and I will be more than happy to assist you today. I apologize for the delay of my response. 'Dale, let me tell you that I am here to help you. Please let me advise you that I have added to your account the "Auld Lang Syne". I would appreciate if you let me know if it was successfully added and also if there is anything else that I can do for you. I will be here waiting for your response.

    Fast response (less than 8 hours) Issue taken care of...

    Now I'm waiting to get frost bite on the bottom of my feet... I think Hell has frozen over... Zynga took care of a problem fast... :)

  3. since when, my husband's account has been frozen in Moscow for a year now and Zynga still hasn't fixed it after 5 or so tickets

I've noticed in my time playing on Moscow that when it "froze" in Moscow and said all jobs were "100%" and wouldn't move on to the next chapter, that if you actually do the last set of jobs it's stuck on over and over again, it will finally let you move on. One of the jobs is not really 100% done like it says it is and that's why it's "frozen". I've helped many friends out with this info. If that is what is happening to your husband, trust me this will fix it. Just takes a bit of energy to do the jobs over again assuming each click is 1% or whatever. Good luck.

  7. I sent an email.... got a quick response.... said it will be taken care of.... still no item.... I responded to the email and it still hasnt been answered 2 days later.

    Shame they cant help everyone that asks for help
